Faith-Based Classes & Support Groups
Counsel & Care Classes are Christ-centered, educational classes that integrate biblical truth with therapeutic concepts to support spiritual, emotional, and relational growth. These classes focus on learning, reflection, and practical tools that foster healing, emotional maturity, and healthy relationships within a non-clinical group setting.
Our classes and groups are designed as facilitated, book-based groups where participants engage with guided reading and personal reflection outside of class. Group gatherings provide a safe, supportive space for discussion, encouragement, prayer, and accountability as individuals process what they are learning and apply it to their lives.
It is ideal for those seeking Christ-centered growth, structured resources, and supportive accountability in a faith-based group environment. The emphasis is spiritual formation, personal responsibility, and growth within community, while remaining educational in nature and distinct from licensed counseling.

​We offer sliding scale rates. Sliding scale rates are reserved for individuals experiencing significant financial hardship. Acceptance into the program is based on an assessment of your household income, expenses, and other financial circumstances. The fee for your therapy session will be determined and agreed upon prior to your first appointment. This adjusted rate will remain in effect for a specified period, after which it will be reviewed.
